December dispatch times:
Orders placed will have a dispatch time of 5-7 days for unbranded gifts. Branded gifts ordered after December 6th will be delivered from January 10th, 2025.

While we’ll do our best to get your gifts out quickly, due to the large volume of orders we are receiving, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas on orders placed after 6th December.

Please note: While we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. 

Our branding and engraving machines require a high-resolution vector .EPS or .PDF logo.

The logo must be an original vector file created in a program such as Adobe Illustrator, and saved in EPS format. Our machinery cannot process logos converted to EPS or PDF online.

Incorrect logo files will delay production time.

What if I don't have a .EPS or .PDF logo?
If the appropriate file for branding is unavailable but you wish to proceed with your online order, kindly upload the best quality logo you possess. Our customer service team will then reach out to you.

Can Ellar Boutique create an .PDF logo for me?
Ellar Boutique collaborates with an external graphic designer who can transform any uploaded logo into an authentic EPS vector file for a fee of $79 plus GST. You will receive a copy for your records.

Note: To qualify for branded gifts, a minimum quantity of 4+ is required. Please note that we are unable to apply branding to individual gifts sent directly. This service is available for orders of 4 or more gifts.
