Bulk Orders FAQ
What happens if a parcel, which has been already dispatched, can not be delivered due to the wrong or incorrect address?
The parcel will be returned to the sender and you will be contacted for a new delivery address. However, the purchaser will be responsible to make payment for the re-delivery. Ellar Boutique will not issue refunds for incorrectly supplied addresses that are not delivered on time.
Will the receiver of my gift get a call before arrival?
All parcels are delivered as an ATL (Authority to leave) with contactless delivery.
Will my gifts be delivered on the exact selected delivery date?
Due to extensive lead times during Christmas, Ellar Boutique will do our best to ensure delivery as close to your desired delivery date as possible. Freight is out of our hands once the goods leave our warehouse. It will be the senders responsibility to use the tracking information provided to contact the courier directly for shipping updates.
I want to send a gift to a business address, what should I include?
All business address deliveries require a mailing address (NO PO BOX address allowed) Please ensure you list your contacts name, number, email and any delivery instructions to help our couriers.
What are the lead times to each state from your warehouse?
QLD: 1 - 4 days NSW 2 - 6 days VIC 2 - 6 Days SA 3 - 7 Days WA 6 - 12 days *NOTE: Please expect delivery delays during peak seasons such as Christmas
Where are my gifts being shipped from?
Our warehouse is located on the Sunshine Coast in Coolum Beach, QLD.
What happens if the parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 10 business days and we will arrange the box to be picked up (at our cost) and a new gift sent in replace to the same recipient. There are no money refunds for damages. All gifts will be replaced.
How do I track my parcels?
Once the parcels leave our warehouse, we will send you the tracking details via email. Following up on delivery is the responsibility of all senders. Ellar Boutique will provide a detailed tracking list on how to contact your courier for tracking updates on top of the tracking links online.
What are the gifts packaged in before sending out?
Each gift is packaged in a mailing shipper - finished with fragile tape and protective packaging.
