Our branding and engraving machines require a high-resolution vector .EPS or .PDF logo.

The logo must be an original vector file created in a program such as Adobe Illustrator, and saved in EPS format. Our machinery cannot process logos converted to EPS or PDF online.

Incorrect logo files will delay production time.

What if don't have a PDF or EPS logo?
If the appropriate file for branding is unavailable but you wish to proceed with your online order, kindly upload the best quality logo you possess. Our customer service team will then reach out to you.

What can be custom branded?
We offer a range of branding options including branded boxes, sleeves, gift cards, ribbon, and engraved serving boards.

Note: We cannot add your branding to single gifts sent direct. You need to order 4+ gifts for this service.
