Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and email hello@ellarboutique.com.au with images of the damages for the team to send replacement items out.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Receiving a Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a please contact us at hello@ellarboutique.com.au and we will send a replacement gift/item as per the damage. Please prepare your email with your name and address and images of the items damaged in transit so we are able to claim with the appropriate transport insurers.
